About me

I have spent my career and life working to build a more just and compassionate world, as a public education administrator, community organizer, organizational leader, political candidate, facilitator, coach, and consultant. I know what it feels like to be learning in public while others look to you for guidance and steadfastness. To be envisioning, building, and leading all at once, while people's very material needs are connected to you succeeding. Much of my background has focused on creating more equitable and inclusive workplaces, and I bring an anti-oppression lens to my coaching practice.

But here's what you won't see on my résumé: I'm a recovering high achiever and perfectionist. I've spent years afraid of failing, being judged, or getting it wrong. I know what it's like to perform confidence in public while struggling in private.

I care deeply about helping people, addressing systemic inequities, and making the world a more just place. That passion drove me to push beyond exhaustion until I discovered the hard truth. Burnout doesn't serve the mission, it derails it. And the world doesn't need your martyrdom. It needs you bold, grounded, and in it for the long haul.

Now I work with clients who have their own version of this story.

My journey from depletion to sustainable impact isn't just a personal transformation. It is the foundation of my work with leaders like you who want to keep making a difference without sacrificing themselves in the process. I'm not here as someone who has figured it all out, but as someone who has lived this, studied it, and found a better way forward.

If you're ready to figure out what bold and sustainable leadership looks like for you, I'd love to talk.
